How accurate is the scan?
Our deterministic checks (missing elements, required text) have very high accuracy. AI-powered checks are labeled with confidence scores and flagged as "Potential Concerns" when the signal is ambiguous. We prioritize avoiding false positives — we will never overstate a finding. However, automated scanning cannot replace professional legal review.
Is my website data stored or shared?
Your audit results are stored securely and linked to a unique report ID. We never share your data with third parties, regulators, or competitors. Report data is used solely to deliver your compliance report.
What is the $495 report?
The full report includes every violation with cited evidence, the exact regulatory reference, estimated fine exposure per violation, step-by-step remediation instructions with cost estimates, and a downloadable PDF. It is the same data our free scan previews, but fully unlocked with actionable detail. The price is credited in full toward the annual monitoring plan if you upgrade within 60 days.
Can I re-scan after fixing violations?
Yes. Full Report purchases include 3 total scans. For ongoing monitoring, our Monitoring plan ($150/mo) includes weekly automated rescans, an alert when a scan finds new violations, and 3 additional on-demand rescans per month.
