Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 2026

Our Commitment

CannaComply is committed to making our website and services accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our platform and welcome feedback on how we can do better.

What We Do

  • Use semantic HTML elements to provide meaningful page structure for assistive technologies.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors throughout the site.
  • Ensure all interactive elements (forms, buttons, links) are keyboard accessible and include visible focus indicators.
  • Provide descriptive labels for form inputs and interactive controls.
  • Use responsive design so the site is usable across devices and screen sizes.

Known Limitations

While we work toward full accessibility, the following limitations are known:

  • PDF reports generated by our compliance scanner may have limited screen reader support. The same information is available in the accessible web-based report view at your report URL.
  • Third-party embedded content (such as Stripe payment forms) is subject to the accessibility practices of those providers.

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve the accessibility of generated documents.
